Meet the Team

Hello from myself, Lorna, & the team here at the Lansdowne. I arrived here having spent time at 'The Barge' at Seend as deputy manager  & consider myself fortunate to now be in a pub I have known since very young. I have lived in the area most of my life so I am really a local girl.
I am very pleased to say I am supported by a terrific team, Holly Haddock our New Head chef has many years experience cooking for restaurants in & around the Bath area. She specialises in good quality home cooked local, seasonal produce & designs a  varied specials board including fresh fish from st Mawes in cornwall. We also serve authentic curry dishes that are becoming very popular.
My assistant manager Deanna is a great support as are the bar staff Jack,Carol & Johnny along with floor staff, Chelsea, Daire, Samantha & Jade.
Everyone at the Lansdowne will give you a warm welcome & we will go out of our way to make sure you enjoy your visit no matter how brief it may be from a cup of coffee to a large celebration meal.
